2023 WORLD TAI CHI & QI GONG DAY

On Saturday, April 29, local Tai Chi and Qi Gong enthusiasts gathered at the pavilion in Geiser Pollman Park In Baker City, Oregon to celebrate World Tai Chi Qi Gong Day.

A free lesson and practice started at 9:30am followed by the main community event at 10:00am, when Baker city participants joined the hundreds of events in over 80 nations to create a worldwide wave of energy for "One World ... One Breath" the theme of World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day for more than 20 years.

• No Experience in Tai Chi or Qi Gong required - Everyone is Welcome
• Learn a simple Tai Chi form by coming early (9:30am) so you can participate in main event.
• Learn more by coming to practice sessions on April 8 and/or April 22 at 9:30am at the Crossroads Art Center.*
• Picnic tables may be available near the pavilion, however, if you need to be seated during event, we advise that you bring a chair.
• In consideration of others sensitivities please do not wear any strong fragrances.
