There we were, two old geezers, winding down in our work life, full of experiences, skills, knowledge and abilities, wondering what would be a good use of our time. It seemed easy to move in the direction of Tai Chi and Cane-Fu.
Although we've both practiced Tai Chi and Qigong for a number of years, we don't claim to be Tai Chi masters by any stretch. We are students of Tai Chi on a lifelong journey and invite you to join us. The skills we've learned are transferable, and we would like to share some of them with you.
Tai Chi has been very beneficial for our health and well being and we hope it also proves beneficial for yours.
